I'm getting stuck at the Apple logo on Mac mini 2018:
Even after resetting the NVRAM
And I found out it's again an APFS initialization issue.

@albert-mueller hey. so on the new version on a macbookpro16,3 with the expiremental restictevents and the new installer fixes i can get the installer to boot past the apple logo but then i get stuck at the langauge screen with the arrow thing again but atleast its booting but i assume it being stuck at the arrow is another apfs faliure

I'm absolutely sure it's an APFS init failure.

@albert-mueller I have the same problem in my MacBook Pro 15.1 2019 as @Richard-Hanus, and when it gets there the screen dims or even turns off for inactivity
