I want to install Tahoe On My Macbook Air 2015 13"
SO, are the graphics,Wi-Fi,Audio and Camera Patchers done?
i'm so excited to install and enjoy it.

No graphics acceleration is there yet or Tahoe, for Sequoia there is graphics accelaration; WiFi needs to be tested and the rest, it should work just fine.
For graphics, currently @Medelcartelinc is writing the patches.
