Could you please guide me on how to do it?

I'm also no longer able to enable it to apply the patch again.

Even after running csrutil disable via the terminal in Recovery Mode, it reverts to "enabled" status after restarting.

@pmhjr510 Can you try 4.0.0.18004.2? There were issues in the previous versions similar to this one, or even worse - not being able to inject any root patches at all.
By the way, 4.0.0.18005 will be released soon.

@albert-mueller
The settings aren't sticking; I save and install, but after restarting, Secure Boot mode is enabled again. I'm going to test version 4.0.0.18005. I'm available if you'd like to access my Mac remotely. I want to contribute to the project.

@albert-mueller After restarting, I hold down the Option (Alt) key and select the OpenCore/Boot EFI option; it gets stuck on a black screen, so to get back into macOS, I have to plug in a USB drive with a different EFI to reactivate the system.
If I restart without selecting the OpenCore/Boot EFI option, the system boots up with Secure Boot enabled.
The image shows the "csrutil status" output in Recovery Mode.
Fiz esse testes com a versão 4.0.0.18005.

How did you get it to boot?

@pmhjr510 ·

I have other EFI setups on a flash drive, but I didn't use them; I had to reinstall macOS Tahoe via Recovery.
